These Terms govern your use of 36warrenslanding.com (the “Site”), operated by John McGarr, a real estate salesperson with Maury People Sotheby’s International Realty, 37 Main Street, Nantucket, MA 02554 (“John McGarr,” “we,” “us”), and the 36 Warrens Landing text messaging program described below. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Text messaging program

Program. 36 Warrens Landing Buyer Inquiries, operated by John McGarr of Maury People Sotheby’s International Realty.

How you opt in. You join only by checking the optional, unchecked text-message box on the inquiry form at 36warrenslanding.com/private-details/ and submitting the form with your mobile number. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, receiving property information, booking a showing or buying any property.

What you will receive. Conversational and informational texts about your inquiry on 36 Warrens Landing Road: a reply to your request, questions about your plans so we can help, showing and video-walkthrough scheduling (which may include a link to choose a time), appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about your property search on Nantucket.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Typically up to four messages in the first two weeks after an inquiry, messages tied to any showing you book, and occasional follow-up after that.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Your number. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please reply STOP from it or let us know.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Property information

Information on the Site is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and is subject to errors, omissions, prior sale, price change or withdrawal without notice. Square footage and acreage are approximate. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a contract; any purchase is subject to a separate written agreement.

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the messaging program.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
